Role Description The Head of Project Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul, responsible for leading all project and structured finance activities across İyi Hava’s portfolio. This role oversees the financial structuring of new projects, including investment analysis, funding strategies, and risk assessment for air quality solutions and related initiatives. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and internal stakeholders to secure financing and optimize capital structure. Day-to-day tasks include modeling project cash flows, conducting sensitivity and scenario analyses, preparing investment proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. The Head of Project Finance will also mentor team members, establish best practices in project finance, and contribute to strategic decision-making that supports growth and long-term value creation. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Finance and Project Finance skills, including experience managing end-to-end financing of projects. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for financial modeling, forecasting, and risk analysis. Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Structuring and Structured Finance to design and implement optimal funding solutions. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance principles, and investment evaluation techniques. Relevant experience in infrastructure, technology, or industrial projects is beneficial. Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, financial software) and strong data analysis capabilities is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
