Own a significant budget and decide where it goes: campaigns, content, events and partnerships. You’ll be trusted with real decisions from day one. How the industry sees us. Build Playable Factory’s presence on LinkedIn and beyond through content, video and storytelling that puts our work and our people in front of the decision-makers who matter. Relationships at the top of the industry. Grow our network of UA managers and creative leads at the world’s leading game publishers, and learn firsthand how long-term partnerships are built. Our signature events. Lead our UA & Creative Dinners and conference side events from concept to follow-up. You’ll decide who’s in the room and make sure every conversation goes somewhere. The relationship pipeline. Turn contacts into a structured, living network in our CRM, so every connection becomes an opportunity we can build on. You might be a fit if you Graduated from a top university in the last 2 years, or are about to, in any field Led something people still remember: a club, an event, a conference or a project Play games, follow the industry, or are curious about how games grow Speak and write sharp, confident English and have an instinct for what works on social media Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to work faster and create better Walk into a room of strangers and leave with new connections This is a launchpad, not a support role.
