Research Assistant

Role Description The Research Assistant role at CCALand is a remote, contract position focused on supporting the design, evaluation, and improvement of human capital and coaching programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, collecting and organizing data, and assisting in the analysis of program outcomes and assessment results. The Research Assistant will help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and client-facing use, and will collaborate with team members to refine tools and methodologies based on research findings. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the development of evidence-based recommendations for organizational and individual development initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to design studies, gather information, and interpret findings. Candidates should possess Data Analysis skills, including basic statistical understanding and the ability to work with spreadsheets or analytical software. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present research results clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills or equivalent practical research skills when applicable to specific projects. Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. Relevant academic background in psychology, social sciences, business, data science, or a related field is beneficial. Experience with human capital, coaching, assessment tools, or program evaluation is a plus. Comfort with digital collaboration tools and a commitment to ethical research and data privacy practices are expected.
