As Griffin Consultancy, we are searching for a Junior Recruiter who will be part of our team and mainly be responsible for supporting ongoing recruitment processes as well as taking charge in candidate research, headhunting, and accurate tracking of recruitment data. Responsibilities Supporting recruitment, mapping and outplacement projects, Actively managing research and headhunting activities, Conducting resume screening processes as well as competency based interviews with candidates, Managing reference check and offer processes, Contributing to business development activities of the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, 1-4 years of recruitment experience, Proficient user in career portals, familiar with headhunting activities, Excellent communication skills, Advanced in English, Proficiency in MS Office & AI applications.
