Field Application Engineer – Mineral Processing

The Role We are looking for a Field Application Engineer with strong mineral processing knowledge and field experience to act as a technical interface between YSK Group®, our clients and international technology partners, from the initial customer visit through after-sales follow-up. What you will do Conduct regular visits to client plants and offices, and maintain close, ongoing communication with client representatives and partners to understand their needs and expectations. Observe on-site operations, assess client challenges, and identify opportunities where our equipment, spare parts or services, and those of the companies we represent, can add value. Communicate field observations, new project opportunities and client requirements to the sales and engineering teams. Deliver technical presentations to clients when required. Join the sales team’s client visits and meetings to provide technical support. Monitor after-sales activities, including spare parts supply, service requests, performance issues and client feedback, and follow each matter through to resolution. Participate in on-site installation, commissioning and performance testing in coordination with the engineering team and partners. Provide data-driven technical input from the field to support the development of commercial quotations and proposals. Represent YSK Group® at client sites, partner facilities and industry events. What you bring Turkish citizenship BSc/MSc in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering 3–5 years of experience in a processing plant, field service or technical sales role in the mining sector Practical familiarity with mineral processing operations A proactive, client-oriented attitude and interest in the commercial side of the business Good written and spoken English Good communication skills and a reliable approach to follow-up Willingness to travel frequently, both in Türkiye and abroad Driving licence (B class) Preferred Commissioning, FAT or site acceptance experience Exposure to plant projects, such as schedule follow-up and site coordination Ability to read P&IDs, flowsheets, layouts and equipment datasheets Basic understanding of mass balance and equipment sizing, and experience collecting site data for technical evaluation Why join us Work on mining and mineral processing projects across Türkiye and regional markets, in direct collaboration with international technology partners and clients, and take real technical responsibility from project development through commissioning and after-sales support.
