Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design Proficient in SolidWorks (Catia and Siemens NX are a plus) Experience with PDM/PLM systems and change management processes Strong knowledge of plastic injection, injection molds, and sheet metal forming Experience in thermal design and thermal management of electronic enclosures; knowledge of CFD/thermal simulation tools is a plus. Good understanding of GD&T, metrology inspection methods, and RPS points Experience in exterior electronic enclosure design Advanced level of English Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills Experience working in cross-functional projects and FMEA teams Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Willing to travel when required Job Description Perform 3D mechanical design and prepare 2D drawings in accordance with DFM/DFA principles Create and manage product BOMs and coordinate ERP integration Lead and coordinate design activities throughout the product development lifecycle Track project timelines and manage supplier deliverables according to the Gantt plan Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards Perform or support thermal analysis and thermal validation activities to ensure reliable product operation under specified environmental conditions.
