Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who moves fast, enjoys research and experimentation, and wants to see the technology they build being used by real people in real-world operations. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field, Advanced proficiency in Python, Experience developing LLM-based applications, Experience with or strong technical interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI Agents, tool use, function calling, and agent orchestration, Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search , Experience working with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) or multimodal AI technologies, or a strong interest in these areas, Proficiency in several AI/ML technologies such as PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks, Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices, Ability to follow new AI models, frameworks, and research and quickly experiment with them, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts, Ability to translate product and user needs into technical problems and solutions, Good command of English. Note: We do not expect you to have experience with all of the technologies listed above. For us, a strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies matter more. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop products and applications powered by Agentic AI and LLMs , Design and implement multi-agent architectures, tool use, function calling, and agent orchestration systems, Develop RAG architectures and enterprise knowledge systems, Build AI solutions that work with technical documentation, operational data, and diverse data sources, Develop solutions powered by Vision-Language Models and multimodal AI , Evaluate different open-source and commercial AI models in real-world use cases, Turn AI models and applications into API-based services and deploy them to production, Optimize model and system performance across accuracy, latency, and cost, Continuously improve solutions based on feedback from real users and field data, Follow new AI models, frameworks, and research and rapidly turn them into PoCs , Collaborate with other engineering teams across backend, data, and deployment processes, Play an active role in turning AI technologies into real business solutions across the PoC → Product → Production journey. WHAT TO EXPECT AT COSMIQ Real-world problems: The AI solutions you build will be used in real operations. Next-generation AI: You will work with LLMs, Agentic AI, VLMs, and multimodal AI technologies. End-to-end ownership: You will be involved throughout the process, from idea to PoC and from PoC to production.
