About the Role The Junior Data Scientist & Financial Engineer position is designed for recent graduates who want to build their careers at the intersection of finance, technology, data science, and artificial intelligence. Team members will gain hands-on experience by working on real banking and financial projects across areas such as: • Financial modeling and financial engineering • Structured Finance and securitization • Risk analytics and scoring models • Data science and machine learning • Python and SQL • Artificial intelligence applications • Financial software and product development • APIs, microservices, and data infrastructures • Financial regulations High-performing team members may also have the opportunity to participate in projects carried out in Dubai and Saudi Arabia , depending on performance and project requirements. Qualifications • Recent graduate from a Faculty of Engineering or a Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences • For graduates of private/foundation universities, preferably having studied on a 100% scholarship • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong interest in finance, data science, artificial intelligence, and technology • Ability to use AI tools effectively • Willingness to learn, research, and take ownership • Good command of English Academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving Python, SQL, data analytics, or financial modeling are considered a plus.
