We are looking for a Senior Specialist Engineer • R&D who will work for Research and Development Directorate in Beko Corporate. Take part in the TUBITAK 1515 Frontier Research Laboratory Support Program, Design, develop and optimize functional materials and formulations using wet chemistry methods, Research and evaluate new materials, chemical systems and emerging technologies, Plan and conduct laboratory-scale experimental studies, Conduct performance testing, material characterization and analytical evaluation of developed solutions, Develop and evaluate experimental set-ups and functional prototypes, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate developed solutions into R&D projects, Benchmark competitive solutions, materials and technologies, Conduct literature and patent searches and translate findings into experimental studies, Report, present and share project outcomes across departments and functions. The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul . How do we describe the perfect match? Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines, Minimum 3 years of hands-on R&D experience in wet chemistry laboratory environments, materials development, or chemical processes, Experience in wet chemistry methods, formulation development, experimental design and laboratory testing, Hands-on experience with chemical analysis methods and analytical instruments such as GC-MS, HPLC and FTIR, Experience in material characterization and interpretation of analytical results, Ambitious to work in a laboratory, testing and developing prototypes, Eager to study experimentally for developing new technologies, Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Thinks broadly about technology development, Has a result-oriented mindset, Listens to different perspectives and shows flexibility.
