NIGHT TOOLPUSHER | Land Drilling Rig

Land Drilling Rig Project Duration: 24 Months Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off We are looking for an experienced Night Toolpusher to join a long-term land drilling project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned drilling professional seeking a stable, long-term international assignment with an attractive 35/35 rotation. The Role Reporting to the Rig Manager, the Night Toolpusher will take responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the rig during the night shift, providing strong operational leadership and ensuring seamless coordination with the day-shift team. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and leading the night-shift drilling crew. Overseeing drilling, tripping and other rig operations in line with the approved drilling programme. Maintaining high standards of well-control readiness and operational safety. Ensuring effective shift handovers and accurate operational reporting. Monitoring rig equipment condition and coordinating maintenance activities. Leading safety meetings, promoting Stop Work Authority and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Supporting crew development, competency and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience as a Toolpusher . High School Diploma / GED or equivalent. Valid and current IWCF Well Control Certificate . Fluent spoken and written English. Proven experience with high-angle, horizontal and extended-reach drilling operations. Strong experience with rig moves and electronic drilling reporting systems. Hands-on experience with Cyber Rigs and joystick-controlled drilling systems . Experience with VFD/AC drilling rigs. Previous experience with Canrig Top Drive Systems (TDS) and Power Catwalk. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and operational reporting systems.
