PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER

About the Job Location: Tekirdağ / Ergene, Türkiye At Sistem Alüminyum , we are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ergene, Tekirdağ . In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring process quality, ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who is passionate about quality and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Experience in quality processes and knowledge of quality management principles and practices. Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the metal industry, particularly in machining and/or non-machining manufacturing processes. Preferably trained in IATF 16949 and experienced in audit processes. Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA. Preferably experienced in CMM and/or 3D scanning systems. Preferably knowledgeable in gauge and fixture design. Proficiency in at least one of the following software programs: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Ergene, Tekirdağ City Center, or Lüleburgaz. Job Responsibilities Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and coordinate product quality inspections. Identify process defects and nonconformities, conduct root cause analyses, and follow up on corrective actions. Evaluate customer complaints, conduct necessary analyses, and implement improvement actions. Perform quality inspections during new product launches and die trial processes. Conduct FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA activities. Participate in audits, testing, and reporting activities in accordance with quality management systems and applicable standards.
