System Test Engineer

We are looking for self-motivated, highly skilled System/Test Engineers to be based in Ankara. Required Qualifications B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) Knowledge of system/software test methodologies and life cycles, including modern Agile/DevOps approaches Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Disciplined and focused Preferred Qualifications Experience in the defense industry Domain knowledge in C5ISR, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Data Link Protocols (DLP) / Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems Experience in using automated testing tools, scripting and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of cloud architectures and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience testing cloud-based/cloud-native systems Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI-based tools in system engineering, analysis and test activities Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and DOORS Responsibilities Performing system analysis and developing system, subsystem and software level requirements Performing requirements traceability across the system development life cycle Designing, developing and executing manual and automated system and software test procedures Analyzing and documenting test results to support debugging, software modification and evaluation of requirements Performing validation/verification activities and developing test plans Applying modern system/test engineering practices (Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps, Model-Based Systems Engineering) and utilizing LLM/AI-based tools in system engineering, analysis and test activities Preparing and delivering product presentations, demonstrations and trainings, and developing related documentation Candidates must be proficient in English.
