Role Description IDAK AeroSystems is seeking Systems Engineers to join our team, contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions in our aerospace and defense projects, and perform engineering activities throughout the system life cycle. Roles and Responsibilities Perform systems engineering activities from concept development through verification and validation. Analyze, define, and manage customer, stakeholder, and system requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the life cycle. Develop system architectures, derive requirements at subsystem and component levels, and define and manage interfaces. Evaluate technical alternatives and support engineering analyses and design decisions. Plan and execute system integration, verification, and validation activities. Prepare systems engineering technical documentation, coordinate with relevant disciplines, and maintain documentation currency. Collaborate with design, analysis, software, hardware, manufacturing, and test teams. Identify and assess technical risks and contribute to their resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 3–7 years of experience in systems engineering, system/subsystem design, or product development. Knowledge of systems engineering processes and the system life cycle. Experience in requirements analysis, system design, interface management, and verification activities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills at the system level. Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in English sufficient to read and prepare technical documentation and collaborate with international teams. Strong planning, coordination, and technical follow-up skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in systems engineering on aerospace or defense projects. Familiarity with systems engineering approaches defined by INCOSE and with the ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and ARP4754A/B standards. Awareness of safety-critical systems, reliability, and system safety processes. Experience in the development of hydraulic, pneumatic, or electromechanical systems or aerospace equipment.
