Brand Manager About Job We are looking for a Product Manager to lead creative and fun toys that support children’s development from the concept stage to children’s hands. Who are we? It employs D2C, B2C and B2B channels to reach its customer base spanning over 800.000 families across Turkey and Europe. Manage a designated toy product line; plan the portfolio according to addressed age groups and their needs Develop new products by analyzing children’s interests, families’ feedbacks and pedagogical developments Oversee the design of new products from concept to mass production in collaboration with R&D, production, quality teams and marketing teams Ensure child safety in perfect compliance with global toy safety regulations and certification processes Decide on market positioning of the designated product portfolio, tracking commercial sustainability What will make you a great fit? Degree in education, design, engineering or related fields, accompanied with a natural interest in learning 2–5 years of product management/development experience in consumer goods, preferably giftables Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety standards (Toy Safety Regulation, TS EN 71, CE) Ambition in child development, play-based learning, and mindful experiences Creative, analytical, capable of managing multi-stakeholder projects, with a strong command in English
