Methods Engineer

What You Will Do Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and production processes. Improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and manufacturing performance. Support new product introductions and process implementation activities. Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production standards. How You Will Do It Analyze manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities. Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction. Support capacity planning and line balancing activities. What We Look For Solid experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or methods engineering. Knowledge of process optimization, time studies, and production planning principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
