We are looking for an experienced professional to combine business analysis with L2 application operations on insurance projects. You will work with clients, business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations teams to turn requirements into effective solutions and support applications throughout their lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field At least five years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Experience working with business, technology, and operations teams in an Agile environment Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage responsibilities within agreed deadlines Experience with platforms and tools such as WebLogic, Oracle, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Ansible, and Grafana Interest in learning new technologies and improving processes through digital tools Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Participate in, and where needed lead, testing, training, and documentation activities. Lead the operational phase of projects and coordinate operational tasks in line with project management principles. Manage application deployments and complete post-deployment checks. Identify manual workflows and drive opportunities for automation. Resolve customer-reported incidents at L2 level or coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams. Monitor application and service performance, investigate errors, and follow issues through to resolution. Define and maintain monitoring and alerts, take preventive action, and coordinate a 24/7 response to critical incidents when required. Prepare reports on operational processes, application performance, and incidents. Proactively track assigned work and deliver it within agreed timelines. Why Should You Be Here?
