Project Manager

We are looking for a "Project Manager" for our leading multinational client with the following requirements: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field Min 8 years of experience in technical sales, project management, or business development within HVAC, underfloor heating, ventilation, or mechanical installation sectors Strong technical understanding of heating & cooling systems; experience with UFH applications is a strong asset Proficient in English (written and spoken) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Target-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills with clear diction and high representation ability Job Description: Manage end-to-end technical sales and project processes for Building Technology (BT) and Underfloor Heating (UFH) solutions, including radiant heating & cooling systems Analyze project specifications, tender documents, and technical drawings to develop accurate and optimized system solutions Prepare and present technical proposals aligned with customer needs and company capabilities Coordinate with customers, project developers, contractors, architects, and installers to ensure proper technical execution Provide both pre-sales (solution design, proposal) and post-sales (implementation, commissioning) technical support Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and support commissioning activities Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure compliance with technical standards, product specifications, and best practices Actively contribute to achieving sales targets by expanding project pipelines, dealer networks, and sales channels Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
