What You'll Do Share insights into employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace culture. Identify common challenges faced by HR and People & Culture teams. Provide expert feedback on employee experience initiatives and digital solutions. Contribute perspectives on employee recognition, feedback, surveys, and workplace communities. Explore opportunities to improve how organizations connect and engage their people. Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate real-world HR needs into actionable insights. What We're Looking For Professional experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Experience, or Internal Communications. Strong understanding of employee engagement and organizational culture. Familiarity with employee feedback, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies. Ability to translate workplace challenges into practical recommendations. Interest in HR technology and digital employee experience platforms. Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
