Risk Management Manager

🎯 If you enjoy turning data into meaningful insights, proactively managing risks, and contributing to strategic decision-making, join our team! 💼 What you'll do Lead reviews, analyses, and assessments of processes, operations, projects, and business areas prioritized by management. Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, process reviews, and stakeholder interviews; perform root cause analyses and develop actionable recommendations. Assess the operational impact and potential risks of existing processes as well as new products, services, and projects to support management's decision-making. Proactively identify operational and strategic risks across the organization; establish monitoring mechanisms and contribute to the development of early warning indicators, metrics, and analytical tools. Prepare analyses, reports, and evaluation materials to support management's decision-making processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop action plans addressing identified risks and improvement opportunities. Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and sustainability. Monitor business process risks on an ongoing basis and provide recommendations to management when needed. ✅Who you are Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, internal control, process improvement or related areas. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large datasets and the ability to generate meaningful insights through data-driven analysis. Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership of loosely defined problems, and deliver results. A curious, investigative, and detail-oriented mindset. Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
