We export our leading brands such as OK, Solo, Selpak, UniBaby and our most preferred brands in the cleaning papers, personal care, home care, baby care and out-of-home categories to more than 80 countries in 5 continents. What do we expect from our new team member? Contributing to the continuous improvement of Learning & Development processes Tracking training schedules, activities, and operational processes Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs Preparing materials, presentations, and visual designs What kind of teammate are we looking for? Currently studying in the 4th year of relevant university departments (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, etc.) Available to work part-time at least 3 days a week, Creative mindset with an interest in content development, presentation design, and employee learning experiences Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and following through on responsibilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Good command of English Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources and highly motivated towards the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector Preferably with internship experience in Human Resources, especially in Learning & Development
