Job Description We are seeking an R&D Engineer with a strong background in signal processing and preferably in sensor or navigation systems. You will be involved in the development of advanced sensor fusion algorithms, embedded platforms, and signal conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for an engineer passionate about creating robust sensing technologies. Responsibilities Design and implement signal processing algorithms (e.g. filtering, FFT, sensor fusion) Model and simulate sensor and system behavior (e.g. noise, bias, thermal effects) Analyze sensor and system performance using laboratory and field test data Implement and optimize algorithms on real-time embedded platforms (preferably ARM Cortex-M or DSP) Collaborate on hardware-software co-design with the electronics and mechanical teams Document research findings, designs, and experimental results Basic Qualifications BSc or MSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field 1 to 4 years of experience Solid understanding of digital signal processing and control systems Proficiency in at least one of C/C++, Python, or MATLAB Familiarity with sensor technologies (IMUs, temperature, pressure, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling tools Hands-on experience with real-time embedded development (ARM Cortex-M or DSP) Familiarity with sensor calibration techniques and noise modeling Knowledge of hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS-422/485, or Ethernet Previous experience in defense, automotive, or industrial automation Strong communication and documentation skills
