Growth Marketing Specialist (Short-Form Video & CRM)

About the role We’re a fast-growing consumer subscription app with an engaged community of users. We’re looking for a growth-minded creator to own how we reach new people and bring them back. What you’ll do Own the concept, script and editing of short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that drive sign-ups Track performance and scale top-performing content with paid ads Build and run email and push notification flows: onboarding, re-engagement and product announcements Collaborate closely with our content and product teams Report results regularly and propose what to test next Help shape our growth playbook as we expand into international markets What we’re looking for Excellent Turkish and strong English, written and spoken Hands-on experience producing short-form video, with work you can show Trend-aware, with a fast test-and-learn mindset Comfortable with numbers: views, conversion, cost Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere or similar editing tools Open to using AI tools in your workflow Nice to have TikTok or Meta Ads experience Experience with email marketing or CRM tools What we offer Fully remote work A small, fast-moving team where your ideas go live quickly Real ownership of growth from day one We can’t wait to see your work and look forward to talking with you!
