Software Development Engineer (C++ & Full-Stack)

What part will you play? Contribute to end-to-end software development of robust runtime platforms and interactive industrial software applications, covering design, implementation, documentation, and testing. Develop and maintain high-performance C++ backend components alongside modern, responsive operator interfaces and diagnostic dashboards using React, JavaScript, and modern web standards. Develop and optimize 3D visualization components for real-time industrial simulations, digital twins, and interactive operator views. Integrate real-time data communication layers between backend runtime components (including robotic or automation systems) and frontend visualization tools. Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional engineering teams, aligning on communication channels, system dependencies, and integrated workflows. Contribute to multi-repository development setups, coordinating code integrations, shared libraries, and pull-request reviews across different team codebases. Contribute to system and software architecture, requirements engineering, and technical design discussions. Work as part of an Agile development team to deliver high-quality, maintainable software following established coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements. Support analysis and resolution of software defects and system-level issues, including performance, UI/3D rendering efficiency, and communication aspects. What do I need to qualify for this job? BSc., MSc., or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development. Strong programming skills in C++ with a solid understanding of object-oriented design, multi-threading, concurrency, inter-process communication, data structures, and algorithms. Solid hands-on experience in JavaScript and React for developing user-facing applications and dashboards. Experience in developing 3D visualization solutions for industrial and real-time applications, using technologies such as WebGL, Three.js or Deck.gl, would be a strong plus. Knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System) is a strong plus. Experience with computer vision and image processing is a plus. Experience in Linux-based development environments. Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker). Understanding of distributed systems or microservice-based architectures is an advantage. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines, including managing multi-repository workflows, cross-team code integration, and collaborative code reviews. Experience working within Agile methodologies. Very good command of written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple distributed teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
