What will be your key deliverables? Plan, execute, and monitor all maintenance and repair activities of packaging machines in production lines, Manage the design, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning processes of machine parts when required, Perform engineering analyses to improve existing machinery, Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to enhance efficiency in production and quality processes, Monitor machine performance and identify issues, providing effective solutions, Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper and efficient machine operation Ensure that all packaging machines comply with safety standards and regulations, Follow technological developments and contribute to innovative packaging solutions, Prepare and present technical reports to management, Identify spare parts, materials, and investment needs, and support investment processes. What do you need for this role? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering , Minimum 2-3 years of experience in packaging machinery, mechanical design, and/or maintenance engineering Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and CAD software ( AutoCAD and SolidWorks ) Good command of written and spoken English Strong project management, team coordination, and problem-solving skills Competency in technical reporting and data analysis, with the ability to use relevant software tools High awareness of quality standards and safety procedures Innovative, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
