Textile Engineer

Brand Representative DeniMai is an established and growing denim and woven apparel manufacturer working with international fashion brands across Europe, USA and Japan. As we continue to strengthen our customer and product development organization, we are looking for a Product Development Specialist – Brand Representative to join our team at our Beylikdüzü office in Istanbul. This is not a traditional sales role. You will take ownership of an existing international customer portfolio and act as the connection between the customer and DeniMai’s product development, sourcing, planning, production and quality teams. The role is designed for someone who enjoys responsibility, understands the commercial side of manufacturing and wants their personal growth and earnings to develop together with the business they manage. What you will do You will manage the complete customer and product development process, including: Daily communication with international customers Managing product development from initial request to bulk production Coordinating samples, fabrics, trims and technical requirements Following costing, pricing and commercial processes Managing customer comments, approvals and revisions Coordinating production planning and order follow-up Identifying potential risks before they become production problems Supporting customer meetings and presentations Visiting customers in Europe when necessary Developing the commercial potential of the existing customer portfolio Representing DeniMai professionally throughout the customer relationship What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the denim or apparel industry Strong spoken and written English Ability to communicate comfortably and confidently with international customers Strong analytical and planning skills Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction and apparel production Commercial awareness alongside technical knowledge Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment Able to travel internationally, particularly within Europe Full-time availability to work from our Beylikdüzü office Experience in denim apparel, garment merchandising, product development or customer representation will be considered a strong advantage.
