We are looking for an AI & Automation Developer to join our IT & PMO team and contribute to our digital transformation journey. Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio). Develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, digital assistants, and automated workflows. Build secure integrations with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise systems. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions using low-code and RPA technologies. Manage end-to-end development, testing, UAT, deployment, and technical documentation. Develop PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs while evaluating emerging AI technologies and their business applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, business applications, automation, or digital transformation, including hands-on process improvement and automation experience. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. Technical knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Power BI, data integration, and data mapping. Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams with business applications. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment processes. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
