JOB DESCRIPTION Manage, maintain, and enhance sales and distribution processes within the SAP SD module. Analyze business requirements and develop effective SAP functional solutions. Manage and optimize sales order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, delivery documentation, and billing processes. Identify configuration, customization, and enhancement requirements within the SAP SD module. Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement sustainable solutions. Manage integration processes between SAP SD, MM, FI, and other relevant SAP modules. Actively participate in analysis, design, testing, and go-live phases of new projects. Evaluate user requirements, provide functional support, and drive process improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with business units and technical teams. Prepare process documentation and provide guidance and information to end users. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in the SAP SD module. Strong knowledge of sales, order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, and billing processes. Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and customization. Knowledge of integration processes between SAP SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules. Ability to analyze business processes and develop effective functional solutions. Experience in SAP implementation, customization, and production support activities. Preferably experienced in SAP S/4HANA. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility. Good command of English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. Experience in international sales, export operations, and sales processes involving multiple company codes. Knowledge of EDI and third-party system integrations. SAP SD certification.
