About the Position At Esthetic Hair, we are looking for a talented and confident individual to join our team as an English-Speaking Video Content Creator / UGC Presenter In this role, you will represent our brand on camera, creating engaging video content to promote our hair transplantation, dental treatments, and other medical aesthetic services to international audiences across social media and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate must have advanced English communication skills, a natural and confident on-camera presence, and the ability to connect with audiences through engaging, authentic, and professional storytelling. Key Responsibilities Present English-language video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta advertising platforms. Explain hair transplantation procedures, dental treatments, and medical aesthetic services in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner. Appear in UGC-style advertising videos, delivering authentic, relatable, and trustworthy content. Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop video scripts and content concepts. Participate in video shoots at our clinics and other designated locations. Conduct interviews in English with doctors and medical specialists. Actively participate in developing various video concepts tailored to international audiences. Present and adapt new video formats based on advertising performance and creative strategies. Requirements Minimum C1 level of English proficiency, with excellent fluency and communication skills (mandatory). Confidence and comfort speaking naturally in front of a camera. Excellent English pronunciation, clear articulation, and fluent speaking abilities. Strong understanding of social media video formats and current content trends. Ability to deliver scripts naturally and conversationally rather than simply memorizing and reading lines. Creative, energetic, and highly communicative personality. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Availability to work full-time, on-site in Istanbul, including filming in clinical environments. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in on-camera presenting, UGC content creation, or video hosting. A degree from an English-medium university program or experience studying or working in an English-speaking environment. Previous experience in medical tourism, aesthetics, beauty, or related industries. Natural, fluent English communication skills with excellent American or British English pronunciation.
