WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Meet customer needs that come in through CRM via various channels, Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic responses across all touchpoints, Manage end-to-end customer experience during live interactions by understanding user needs, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating when necessary. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Skilled and experienced in live chat for at least one year, At least two years of experience in a similar position, Very good command of MS Office applications, Good command of English, Ability to adapt to a 24/7 shift system, Proficiency in spelling and grammar, Customer-centric thinking, Experienced in written communication with customers, Experienced in customer complaint management, Experienced in reporting process, Strong analytical skills, Team player; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
