The Next Step in Your Leadership Journey at MAC: Regional Manager What Will You Be Responsible For? Managing the operational and commercial performance of the clubs within the assigned region, Leading Club Managers and supporting their managerial and leadership development, Setting regional targets, monitoring performance indicators, and implementing actions to improve results, Regularly monitoring sales, member experience, operational quality, and financial performance across the clubs, Leading the performance and talent development of teams within the region, Identifying new opportunities to improve business results and member experience, Ensuring strong collaboration and communication between central teams and field operations, Ensuring MAC standards are consistently and sustainably implemented across all clubs. Experience & Competencies We Are Looking For Preferably 5+ years of experience as a Regional Manager , Experience in managing multiple locations and/or large teams, Strong capability in managing commercial and operational KPIs, Strong leadership and people management skills, An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights, Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills, Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, A growth- and change-oriented mindset, Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, Willingness and ability to travel.
