Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources department at the factory of our corporate client manufacturing export-oriented products for the white goods, automotive, electrical-electronics and similar industries. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree from a university, At least 2 years of experience in human resources, particularly experienced in white-collar recruitment, Preferably at least B2 (Upper Intermediate) level proficiency in a foreign language, Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Preferably experienced with ERP systems such as Canias, SAP, etc., Able to conduct effective interviews and deliver effective presentations, Analytical and innovative thinker, process- and results-oriented, Strong communication, persuasion and reporting skills, Effective at time management, a team player who values collaboration, Committed to ethical values, honest and trustworthy.
