Social Media Content Supervisor

As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Social Media Content Supervisor to join our dynamic and results-driven team. In this role, you will research trends and audience interests, develop content ideas, refine them with feedback from your manager, and oversee the process from production to publication. What You’ll Do Research social media trends, audience interests, and industry activity to develop content ideas and recurring series that align with our brand. Prepare content briefs, social media copy, and scripts; create production and publishing schedules for approved concepts. Manage task assignments, shoot arrangements, and delivery deadlines for the visual content production team; prioritize and schedule requests from internal teams. Review photos, videos, and copy for consistency with our brand voice, visual quality standards, and platform requirements; manage revisions and approvals. Publish social media content and coordinate content preparation and publication tracking across our website, Google and Yandex business profiles, and partner platforms. Keep all digital channels up to date; manage messages, comments, and feedback, and track responses to requests referred to relevant teams. Coordinate with doctors and internal teams; review patient consent records in the CRM and maintain separate lists of patients eligible for filming and content cleared for publication. Work with relevant departments to monitor changes in regulations and platform policies, coordinating any necessary updates to content and publishing practices. Analyze content performance and adherence to the publishing schedule; prepare weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement. Ensure the team archives content and project files in an organized, accessible format that supports future reuse. What We’re Looking For Experience in social media content development, production coordination, and publishing management. A strong understanding of content formats and audience behavior on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with the ability to turn research into original ideas, copy, and scripts. English proficiency sufficient to research English-language sources, create content, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. The ability to assess photography, video, and editing quality while managing team workflows, priorities, and deadlines. Strong skills in social media communication, performance analysis, and reporting. The ability to coordinate across teams, with close attention to patient privacy and content permissions. Experience in healthcare or health tourism is preferred.
