The ideal candidate is a motivated English speaker with strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding and inspiring sales advisors to consistently meet and exceed their goals. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the medical tourism industry Solid understanding of CRM systems (such as Zoho) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to building a collaborative team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate effectively Key Responsibilities Lead and support the sales team in engaging with patients, identifying their needs, and offering suitable solutions Ensure effective conversion of inquiries into successful sales, meeting team targets Handle escalated patient concerns, providing appropriate solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels Oversee accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system Mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve performance objectives Working at Esvita Clinic At Esvita, we believe that people shape culture, and our team is at the heart of everything we do.
