We are looking for a passionate long term intern seeking a career in human resources. What do we expect from our new team member? Coordinate communication with university student clubs and universities to support talent acquisition initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of campus recruitment events. Monitor event communications and participation processes. Support the development and execution of university partnership programs. What kind of teammate are we looking for? Currently studying in the 4th grade of relevant university departments (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, etc.) Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources Highly motivated towards the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively Advanced proficiency in English Strong analytical and data analysis skills Ability to work effectively across functions and teams
