QUALITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Take an active role in managing Quality Assurance processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing, leading GMP processes such as batch release, deviations, CAPA and quality risk management. Closely monitor production stages, report nonconformities in manufacturing processes and develop CAPAs to address them (knowledge of aseptic manufacturing is a plus). Review deviation investigations, manage root cause analysis processes and complete the required approval steps. Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA processes and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Review batch manufacturing and packaging records and grant quality approvals; prepare, review and maintain SOPs. What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For? A graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or Pharmacy. At least 3 years of experience in Production Quality Assurance (knowledge of aseptic manufacturing is a plus). Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Open to change, closely follows technology and eager to keep learning and developing. Proficient in MS Office, Qmex and SAP; Smartsheet experience is preferred. What Do We Offer You?
