Are you ready to join us on this journey? What You'll Be Doing? Support the daily operations and continuous improvement of financial systems and ERP applications. Assist in managing and optimizing financial processes within SAP and other financial applications. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business teams to identify system requirements and support process improvements. Explore opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to improve financial processes. Participate in financial digitalization, AI-driven initiatives, automation, and system integration projects. Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new system functionalities and enhancements. Assist in analyzing system-related issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution processes. Support data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems. Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation to support business operations. Who We're Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, MIS or a related field. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial systems, ERP applications, business analysis or related areas. Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies, with a passion for exploring their practical applications in business processes. Curiosity about AI-powered tools and a willingness to leverage technology to improve efficiency and productivity. Familiarity with SAP, particularly FI/CO modules, is a plus. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
