This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high-impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands; Innisfree, Hanyul & Mamonde. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about beauty and digital marketing. They will gain exposure to full-funnel paid media strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key to success in this role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in growth and performance marketing while working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Principal Accountabilities● Support the Performance & Growth team in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC and Tiktok Shop channels.● Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns. Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs.● Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams.● Manage the delivery of all creative assets to Agency partners, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.● Manage monthly invoicing & billing● Monthly creative reporting; Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing data & presenting tocross functional teams.● Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance paid media strategies.● Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends. Key Experience and Skills Qualification and Experience● Obtained a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field● Must be available for a 6-month internship● Must be NYC-based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week)● Previous work experience at a Media or Creative Marketing Agency● Passion about skincare and the beauty industry● Proven interest in paid media and creative strategy.● Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.● Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks● Highly organized, with strong attention to detail● Creative thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying trends and opportunities.● Must be comfortable pulling and analyzing data Skills & Personal Attributes● Ability to work independently/be a self-starter● Resourceful, motivated go-getter● Innovative problem solver● Multi-functional and project management skills● Able to work under pressure and tight schedule● Adapt to changes and environment quickly● Thinks innovatively and delivers new ideas● Energizes and enables other Bu ilan Greenhouse (US) kaynağından doğrulandı.
