As Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, we have successfully built a track record in Financial Advisory businesses within last seven years and closed a large volume projects in various industries. In order to continue our growth in this business successfully we are looking for new team members residing or willing to reside in Ankara to join our Financial Advisory Department. The title of the position(s) will be determined based on the industry experience of the candidate(s) willing to join the team and may vary from Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President to Vice President. Qualifications Strong academic background including graduate or undergraduate degrees in business administration, engineering and economics complemented with accounting and finance courses, Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, feasibility and valuation services or related experience in transaction services, Having strong understanding of project execution and coordination, strong problem-solving skills and business intuition, Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, intellectual curiosity, proactive mind-set and thinking outside of the box, Ability to develop complex financial models applicable to various industries, Strong experience in preparing feasibility studies, including financial projections, cash flow analysis, valuation, sensitivity and scenario analysis, Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team and an energetic atmosphere, Ability to effectively manage and coordinate project teams, state institutions, clients and relevant stakeholders throughout project execution Ability to communicate effectively in English as well as Turkish, both orally and in writing, No travel restrictions. Job Description Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, Performing thorough financial analysis using industry standard and proprietary models and developing creative conclusions and recommendations, Participating and taking active roles in client and other stakeholder meetings, directly communicating with clients whenever necessary, Supporting senior team members in origination of financial advisory projects and taking active role in business development processes, Leading team members for execution of financial advisory projects, Managing and coordinating project execution process with clients, relevant state institutions and other stakeholders, Building and reviewing complex financial model for projects related to feasibility, corporate finance projects and valuation studies, Preparing presentation materials, valuation and feasibility reports, Taking responsibility in several projects simultaneously and working effectively as an individual and a team member. “Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası olarak BM Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri çerçevesinde; yaşadığımız dünyaya, çevreye ve topluma karşı duyarlı davranmakta, sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle hareket etmekte, kaynaklarımızı etkin ve verimli şekilde kullanmakta, işe alım süreçlerimizde Fırsat Eşitliği Politikamıza uygun olarak eşit istihdama öncelik tanımakta ve fırsat eşitliği sağlamaktayız.
