Undergraduate Development Program Duties and Responsibilities Supporting Toyota’s production and engineering processes. Working together with teams on existing projects and developing technical solutions. Conducting engineering analyses, preparing reports, and delivering presentations. Taking an active role in process improvements by proposing new ideas. Qualifications 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students in an engineering faculty Being available to work at the factory at least 2 days per week. Having a good command of English (written and verbal). Being a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Having strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Being proficient in MS Office applications.
