We need an Enthusiastic Team Player who can seamlessly manage development processes and maintain strong communication between our corporate clients and production partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Product Development Process: Oversee the entire development cycle from initial design concepts,fabric sourcing,and sampling to final approvals. Agency Coordination: Act as the key contact point,managing smooth communication between corporate clients,designers,and manufacturing partners. Problem Solving: Bring creative,fast,and practical solutions to development and production challenges. Deadline Management: Ensure all customer requests and development stages meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality. QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the textile industry (experience in an agency environment is a big plus). Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills to manage international client relations. Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of textile materials,tracking development charts,and sample management.
