We are looking for a Global Talent Partner to join our team! We work from our office at İTÜ Teknopark one day a week. Role Responsibilities: Spearhead the search and engagement of top IT talents using a blend of traditional and innovative strategies. Contribute to talent management and development initiatives, ensuring a rich pipeline of candidates. Embrace our hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from home or in our offices as needed. Keep clear documentation to make sure our processes and growing pool are quickly accesible to the team and for • at least- few generations.
