Every Client Is Supported By a Three-person Team Finance Strategist → Leads strategy and advice Associate Finance Strategist → Drives analysis and structuring Business Support Officer (BSO) → Executes with precision and control This is a high-performance system, not a traditional brokerage structure. We are currently hiring across three core positions. Each role is integral to our pod-based execution model and offers a clear pathway to leadership.
