QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Ekin is a global technology company operating in 40 countries with a growing team of 250+ people, delivering smart city and public safety technologies for nearly three decades. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering), Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and international trade, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, Proven experience in the procurement of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment, preferably within the electronics manufacturing, defense, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or technology sectors, Strong experience in international procurement, import operations, supplier relationship management, and contract management, Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and management reporting, Proven experience in managing procurement processes through ERP and digital systems, monitoring process performance through KPIs, and leading data-driven continuous improvement initiatives, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Strategic mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities,. JOB DESCRIPTION Manage domestic and international procurement activities for electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment. Lead technical procurement activities in close collaboration with the Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Production, and Planning teams, based on technical drawings, product specifications, and technical requirements. Develop procurement strategies and manage budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, cost-saving projects, and supplier delivery performance. Develop the supplier portfolio, identify alternative sourcing opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and manage supplier performance. Ensure procurement activities are aligned with production requirements, secure the timely supply of critical materials, and maintain production continuity. Coordinate international procurement and import operations with customs brokers, logistics providers, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory authorities. Manage procurement processes through the ERP system while leading process standardization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
