Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Customer Order Management Specialist” in Global Sales Team. The position is based in Istanbul. Job Roles Details: Responsible for export customers' “order to deliver process”, following up all related process steps, completing required system transactions, and ensure the order is delivered on time in full Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production, and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status Organize export shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics, and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments Ensure the proforma invoice is approved by the customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, the order is processed in the credit limit frame, and logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preparation for the shipment Skills: Bachelor’s degree from a well-established university Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in a second foreign language, preferably Arabic, is a strong advantage Excellent command of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in the field of export customer orders operations Have knowledge and experience in customs and foreign trade legislation Thanks for taking the time to review our job.
