General Manager Healthcare Tourism & Clinical Operations Location: Antalya, Türkiye About Us DCI is a dental healthcare organization providing international-standard oral and dental healthcare services with a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and a patient-centered approach. As part of our growth objectives in healthcare tourism, we are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our organization (DCI’s 2nd ADSM Hospital), strengthen our clinical operations, manage international patient services, and guide our institution toward sustainable growth and long-term success. The successful candidate will first complete a comprehensive onboarding and training program at DCI’s main hospital before transitioning to lead DCI’s second ADSM Hospital. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall management and strategic development of the organization, driving operational excellence, sustainable growth, and high-quality healthcare services. Manage healthcare tourism operations, international patient processes, and patient experience strategies while developing strong relationships with physicians, patients, business partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure sustainable clinical excellence by leading teams, supporting quality improvement initiatives, developing training processes, and driving operational improvement and performance development programs. Manage financial performance, resource planning, organizational development, business strategies, and the achievement of strategic objectives. Qualifications Advanced level of English and Turkish proficiency is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare tourism, dental healthcare services, hospital management, or international healthcare services. Minimum 5 years of senior management experience within healthcare, healthcare tourism, or a related industry. Proven experience in international patient management, healthcare tourism operations, and healthcare service development. Experience in dental clinical operations, healthcare teams, training processes, and quality management. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, and decision-making skills. Experience with healthcare management systems, Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS), or ERP systems is preferred.
