" WE are seeking a Global Legal Manager to reinforce our Global Legal Affairs Team." What we are looking for? Bachelor's Degree in Law and admission to the Bar. Minimum 8 years of legal experience gained in a reputable law firm serving to multinationals and/or multinational company. Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Experience supporting multinational business operations and cross-border transactions. M&A and corporate restructuring experience is considered an advantage. Familiarity with compliance areas including business ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, competition law and trade compliance is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. No restrictions for international travel. What you will be doing? Provide legal advice and support to Group companies on a broad range of commercial, corporate and compliance matters. Draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, non-disclosure, joint development agreements and loan agreements. Support strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and other cross-functional initiatives. Advise business teams on identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks while enabling business growth. Prepare and coordinate corporate governance documentation and corporate secretarial matters in various jurisdictions. Assist in the development and monitoring of compliance programs across the organization. Oversee litigation and external counseling services in various jurisdictions and assist the Group management in development of litigation strategy. Deliver legal and compliance training to business teams and foster regulatory awareness across the organization. Conduct legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and provide practical recommendations on complex legal issues. What’s in it for you ?
