Required Qualifications University degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Preferably experienced in manufacturing and international companies, Strong command of English, Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes, Good understanding of the Labour Law and core HR legislation, Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP HR and SuccessFactors experience is a plus, Strong communication skills, solution- and result-oriented mindset. Your Contribution in This Role Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract the right talent to the organization, Effectively coordinate onboarding and induction processes to enhance employee experience, Take an active role in employee relations to ensure a positive and sustainable working environment, Support a development-oriented HR culture by following up on performance management and training processes, Work closely with managers and contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives, Take an active role in organizational development and change management activities, Manage and generate insights from employee engagement, retention, career conversations, and exit interviews, Support the development of proactive HR approaches by monitoring workforce trends, Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes, Analyze HR data and prepare regular, meaningful reports, Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
