Senior Google Ads Specialist (Fluent English)

About Us GGM Gastro is an internationally leading company in the field of commercial kitchen technology, headquartered in Germany. In order to strengthen our digital marketing activities in Turkey and deliver high-performance advertising solutions to our clients, we are looking for a highly motivated Google Ads Specialist / SEA Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. Responsibilities Develop integrated advertising strategies focused on SEA, Display (GDN), and YouTube. Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads , Microsoft Ads, and YouTube campaigns. Work on feed-based advertising applications (Dynamic Search, Retargeting, Prospecting). Manage Shopping, Performance Max, and Local campaigns. Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable steps. Take responsibility for budget management, forecasting, and performance targets. Collaborate with CRO and GTM/ABM teams. Prepare reporting and presentations using Looker Studio and GA4. Shopify expertise is a plus. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation within the team. Daily Tasks Monitor campaigns daily, optimize performance, and run tests (A/B testing, creatives, bidding strategies). Work with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Channable, Tag Manager, adCore, Trueclicks, Microsoft Ads, etc. Work closely with GTM specialists to ensure accurate tracking and conversion measurement setups. Prepare regular performance reports and updates (client communication is handled by Team NL). Work in alignment with targets, deadlines, and billable hour requirements. Requirements +2 years of experience in SEA / Digital Advertising. At least C1 Level of English Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Experience in B2B and/or lead generation. Broad knowledge of SEA, Display, Video, and automation processes. Experience with Google Ads / Editor, GA4, Channable, SA360, adCore, Trueclicks, Microsoft Ads. Knowledge of feed management, AI-driven bidding, and conversion tracking. Experience in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus.
