The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, organizational development projects, and talent management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology or related fields, Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, recruitment, organizational development or talent management, Experience in manufacturing, energy, engineering, construction or project-based organizations is preferred, Experience in domestic and international recruitment processes, Strong knowledge of HR procedures, policies, workflows and process documentation, Experience in implementing HR systems for recruitment, performance management or other HR processes is preferred, Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning and follow-up skills, Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, No restriction for domestic and/or international travel, For male candidates, military service must have been completed. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Acting as an HR Business Partner for assigned departments and providing end-to-end HR support, Managing domestic and international recruitment processes from need analysis to offer and onboarding stages, Conducting job analysis and preparing/updating job descriptions for existing and new positions, Preparing, reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, workflows and related documentation, Supporting performance management, goal-setting, KPI follow-up and related reporting processes, Taking part in organizational development, employee engagement and talent management projects, Supporting HR digitalization projects covering recruitment, performance management and other HR processes, including system implementation, usage follow-up and process improvement activities, Monitoring system data quality, process compliance and HR metrics, and preparing improvement suggestions, Identifying training and development needs and supporting annual training planning. 💡 Be part of the change.
