About the Role We are looking for an Operations Manager who will manage end-to-end Microsoft partner programs, incentives, workshops, and benefits, and effectively position these opportunities to both our internal teams and customers. This role plays a critical part in maximizing the financial and operational value of our partnership with Microsoft. Responsibilities Manage partner portals and operational processes across multiple strategic vendors, including Microsoft, SAP, Celonis, UiPath, and other technology partners . Monitor and manage vendor-funded programs , including marketing development funds (MDF), sales incentives, partner rebates, and other funding opportunities , ensuring maximum utilization and compliance. Track fund allocations, claims, reimbursements, and revenue realization related to partner programs, and provide regular financial status updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure timely execution of partner-funded activities and accurate fund utilization. Maintain strong relationships with vendor partner managers to stay informed about new funding opportunities, partner benefits, and program changes. Qualifications Experience working with partner portals and programs of leading technology vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Celonis, UiPath, or similar enterprise software vendors . Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF), sales incentives, partner funding, rebates, or similar vendor investment programs . Understanding of partner funding lifecycle , including planning, claim submission, reimbursement tracking, and revenue recognition. Strong financial tracking and reporting skills with the ability to monitor partner-generated revenues and funding utilization.
